By accessing, browsing, or using the cd11 platform in any capacity — including registering an account, placing a bet, participating in a promotion, or simply viewing content — you confirm that you have read, understood, and unconditionally agreed to these Terms & Conditions in their entirety.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms & Conditions, you must immediately cease using the cd11 platform and, if applicable, close your account by contacting our support team.

These Terms & Conditions apply alongside our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which are incorporated herein by reference. In the event of any conflict between these documents, these Terms & Conditions shall prevail unless expressly stated otherwise.

Each player is permitted to hold only one (1) account on cd11. Opening duplicate, multiple, or linked accounts — whether under the same identity or different identities — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate account closure and forfeiture of all associated balances.

• You must provide a valid, active email address that you own and control.
• You must create a strong, unique password. cd11 recommends a minimum of twelve characters combining uppercase letters, lowercase letters, numerals, and symbols.
• You must provide accurate personal details including your full legal name, date of birth, and Bangladesh-based contact information.
• You must not impersonate any other person or use another person's identity, payment method, or contact details.

cd11 reserves the right to decline any registration application at its sole discretion and without being required to provide a reason for the refusal.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your cd11 account credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. cd11 will never ask you for your password via email, live chat, or telephone.

You must notify cd11 immediately at [email protected] if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account, disclosure of your credentials, or any other security breach related to your cd11 account.

• Do not share your login credentials with any third party under any circumstances.
• Do not access your cd11 account from shared, public, or unsecured devices or networks.
• Enable two-factor authentication where available for an additional layer of account protection.

cd11 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals exclusively via the payment methods listed on the platform at any given time. Supported methods currently include bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, and Mastercard. All transactions are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (৳ BDT).

Deposits:

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. The maximum single deposit amount varies by payment method and is displayed at the time of transaction.
• Deposits are credited to your cd11 account balance in real time or within the processing window stated for the chosen payment method.
• cd11 does not charge a fee for standard deposits. Third-party payment providers may apply their own transaction fees, for which cd11 accepts no responsibility.

Withdrawals:

• Withdrawal requests are processed during business hours, Bangladesh Standard Time (BST, UTC+6). Requests submitted before 10:00 PM BST are typically processed the same day.
• cd11 may require identity verification before processing any withdrawal. This is a standard anti-money-laundering procedure and is not indicative of any wrongdoing on the part of the player.
• Withdrawal methods are limited to the same payment channel used for the most recent qualifying deposit, unless otherwise approved by our finance team.
• cd11 reserves the right to delay or suspend a withdrawal pending completion of any ongoing verification, investigation, or compliance review.
• Bonus funds that have not completed the applicable wagering requirements cannot be withdrawn. See Section 6 for bonus terms.

• Expiry: Bonus funds and free spins expire within the timeframe stated in the applicable promotion terms. Expired bonuses are forfeited without compensation.
• Abuse: Any attempt to exploit bonuses through arbitrage, matched betting, use of software, collusion, or any other method deemed abusive by cd11 will result in forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings, and may result in permanent account closure.

All bets and wagers placed on cd11 are subject to the specific rules applicable to the relevant game or sporting event, as well as the general betting rules set out in this section. It is your responsibility to familiarise yourself with these rules before placing any bet.

• Finality of Bets: Once a bet has been confirmed and accepted by cd11's systems, it cannot be altered, amended, or cancelled by the player except where cd11 expressly permits in-game cash-out functionality.
• Minimum and Maximum Stakes: Minimum and maximum stake limits apply to all markets and games. These limits are displayed within the relevant game or market interface and may vary by event, product type, or player account tier.
• Void Bets: cd11 reserves the right to void any bet where the underlying event is abandoned, rescheduled, or where a manifest error in odds pricing is identified. Voided bets are refunded at the original stake amount.
• Manifest Errors: In the event that a bet is accepted at odds that are clearly erroneous due to a technical fault, human error, or data feed malfunction, cd11 reserves the right to void the bet and refund the stake, or to settle the bet at the correct odds, at cd11's sole discretion.
• Live Betting: In-play and live betting markets are subject to delayed acceptance due to data feed processing times. cd11 accepts no liability for bets placed based on information that was publicly available after the outcome of an event had already been determined.
• RNG Games: All slot and random-number-generator (RNG) games on cd11 are independently verified for statistical randomness. The return-to-player (RTP) percentage for each title is disclosed within the game information panel.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the cd11 platform. Engaging in any prohibited activity may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of all balances, and referral to relevant authorities where applicable.

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial means to interact with the cd11 platform.
• Attempting to gain an unfair advantage through collusion with other players, agents, or third parties.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, cd11 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive losses or damages arising from or connected to your use of the platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of account funds due to your failure to maintain account security.
• Interruption, suspension, or unavailability of the platform due to scheduled maintenance, technical faults, or circumstances beyond cd11's reasonable control (force majeure).
• Losses arising from your reliance on information, odds, or statistics displayed on the platform that subsequently prove to be inaccurate due to data feed errors.
• Losses resulting from the use of the platform in a jurisdiction where online gambling is restricted or prohibited.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions shall limit cd11's liability for death or personal injury caused by its own negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, where such limitation would be unlawful.

In all other cases, cd11's total aggregate liability to any player arising from or related to any single claim or series of related claims shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

cd11 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, cd11 will provide reasonable advance notice via email to the address registered on your account and/or via a prominent notice on the platform.

The date of the most recent revision is displayed at the top of this page under "Last Updated". Your continued use of the cd11 platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your binding acceptance of the revised Terms & Conditions.

cd11 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, where it reasonably believes that:

• The player has breached any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• The player has engaged in fraudulent, deceptive, or criminal conduct.
• Continued operation of the account poses a financial, legal, reputational, or regulatory risk to cd11.
• The player has requested self-exclusion under the Responsible Gaming provisions.

Upon account closure, any real-money balance remaining after deduction of any amounts owed to cd11 (including forfeited bonuses and any applicable charges) will be returned to the player via the primary withdrawal method on file, subject to satisfactory completion of any pending verification requirements.

You may also close your account voluntarily at any time by contacting the cd11 support team. Please ensure all pending withdrawals are settled before requesting closure.
